In 30 lines or less, please submit a poem based on the theme: "love of water." Feel free to use any style of poetry.

By submitting your poem you affirm that you are the author of the above poem and all of the information is true and accurate. If you are selected as a winner you also give us the non-exclusive right to post your winning poem on our website.

ELIGIBILITY: Any student in grades 1 to 12. Must be under the age of 19 at the time of submission.

DEADLINE: November 30, 2023 (midnight).

AWARDS: 1st place: $500; 2nd place: $250; 3rd place: $125.

SELECTION OF WINNERS: Awards will be presented to students with the top submissions and based on their originality and creativity. Student may submit their original poetry in any style. There is a limit of 30 lines.

PLAGIARISM: FGSF has a no-tolerance policy for plagiarism. Any applicant whose winning work is determined to be plagiarized in whole or in part will forfeit any awards.
